After deciding that he would like to pursue a career in animation, Ryan Lowry, who is 20 years old, wrote a heartfelt message to his "future employer" describing his talents and passions, noting that he has autism.

Ryan posted the handwritten letter on LinkedIn. In it he described his gift of mathematics, his sense of humor, and his entrepreneurial attitude that prepared him to learn everything he needs to be successful.

Mental or physical conditions should not be discriminatory factors. Let's do our part to create an inclusive society that allows everyone to exploit their full potential.
