Lavinia "Lavi" Mounga was in for quite the surprise during her flight from Salt Lake City to Honolulu. About halfway into the flight, Mounga, who didn't know she was pregnant, gave birth to her son Raymond at just 29 weeks. Luckily, a doctor and three neonatal intensive care nurses were also on board and were able to care for the baby safely using baby warmers made out of microwaved bottles and an Apple Watch to measure the newborn's heart rate.
